Pros

Pay is good, although you have to do the work of two people because the company is understaffed. There is a nice bonus program available to those who reach a certain level within the company.

Cons

Poor benefits. The company basically laid off their entire R&D group in January, so it appears there will be no more technical achievements by this company. Graham will quickly be surpassed by all of the other bottle manufacturers. There is wide speculation that the company will be relocating its corporate headquarters from Lancaster, PA to Tennessee sometime in the next 2-3 years. So if you are interested in a corporate job but don't want to relocate, keep that in mind. The production plants seem to be constantly upsetting their customers, so this company may really be hurting if they start losing contracts. The January layoff appeared to be done to get rid of all of the high salaries in the company with no thought to the company's future.

Pros

I really cant find any anymore. I'm here because I have bills to pay and a family to support.

Cons

Understaffed after last layoff or "vertical alignment". Too many chiefs, not enough Indians even more true, and the chiefs have no clue about the REAL work the Indians do. Everone has different ideas about how to do things, all being implimented at the same time, because the chiefs lack the ability to give clear direction and have no control over the Indians.

Pros

The people in the plants, most of the plant managers, controllers and admins are amazing to work with. Upper management, CEO, Directors are hurting the company.

Cons

Ineffective and non responsive HR. There are directors that only show up to the building one day a month but somehow they are able to keep their jobs. Don't speak up when you see something unethical or considered illegal. If you do your days are numbered.
