Having to work the expected hours not in your contract. It being a personality led company. Wanting to live and work in the current decade isn't an option other than on paper. Family owned but not necessarily a family culture.

- bad management - no support, training or guidance just thrown in the deep end and then you get told off when your doing something wrong but you weren't told how to do it in the first place. - systems are awful and convoluted you have to do everything 3 times which wastes time - too much work not enough people and expected to work over to get it finished - your punished and penalised if you go above and beyond. - contracts not set up correctly in the first place so new staff don't have a chance of making It work
