Gives zero feedback or warnings before abrupt firing and cruelly escorting faithful employees out of the building with no chance to say goodbye to anyone.

Will abuse their own policies to suit their whims.
Their HR person is also the chief financial officer....so no reliable HR for employees, anything you say can and WILL be used against you.
Horrible management with terrible scope-creep. They expect you to just magically bow to their expectations even if they're unrealistic.
President abuses employees and yells. They will push out anyone who disagrees with them, even on minor issues.
Upper management barely works on anything but takes credit for everything.
The culture is cut throat.
Employees can't and don't trust each other.
Not inclusive and actively avoids employing neurodivergent people and minorities.
