      Pros

      The majority of the employees are dedicated hard working and honest.

      Cons

      Family owned and operated with lots of nepotism. The CEO is more concerned about employing family members and friends while giving few opportunities to outsiders. He promotes and protects family first even at the expense of company growth and sales. You can't run a successful business while allowing none qualified family members to negatively affect the operation of the business.

      Pros

      This is a company that understands the people side of the business. It is a very family-family business, many employees are promoted from within, and the company participates in some pretty neat humanitarian projects. Benefits offered include your typical insurance benefits, gym membership, tuition reimbursement, and a nice retirement package. It's a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything major. Perhaps better break room facilities and larger bathrooms:)
