Pros
I have worked at Grapevine close to 8 months now and couldn't be more happier. All projects I have worked on have been very organized and planned out, which in turn makes projects run smoothly. Hence no emergency projects. If I need any collateral or have questions, a project manager is always available. Everyone I work with is super nice and helpful when needed. Company is consistently growing with happy clients and employees.
Cons
I really can't think of any. I worked at my last company for 14 years, and this company is everything I wished my last company was.

Honestly no real cons, issues I had were niche and related only to my role and not on the company itself.
