Pros

Nice co-workers, I had a great manager (CIO), nice building. Flexible when dealing with things like sick kids or something personal. They will buy equipment for you if you need it.

Cons

Stressful at times, heavy workload. I don't really have much more to say, but Glassdoor has a 20 word minimum so I will just put some words here to fulfill that requirement

Pros

Graphic Visual Solutions offers good benefits and fair compensation with some positive perks and activities for all employees. The company does a good job of staying on the edge of technology and striving for ongoing quality strategies and improvements. Communication at company meetings keeps all employees up to date on what is happening in the company and allows recognition of individuals. Graphic has excellent marketing tools and brand awareness and is very involved in the community. The facilities are clean and modern.

Cons

The culture at Graphic can be serious and stressful overall. Some employees express being overwhelmed at expectations set and closely measured/monitored compared to the reality of what can be accomplished in a given amount of time even with best efforts. For non-hourly employees that try to meet all expectations set and that care about the quality of work done, it is easy to lose the balance of one's personal life to the demands of the workplace. For others, the challenge is to find the balance between speed and accuracy/quality when both are being monitored and very important.
