Pros

- No time tracker - Salary comes on time (mostly) - Could be a good training ground for aspiring graphic designers That's pretty much it.

Cons

Oh, this is a lot. You ready? - Overworked and underpaid staff, particularly the graphic designers - One too many changes with the organizational process - Poor and impulsive decision-making by management - Procedures used to be simple and there was an "open-door" policy which allows everyone to have a voice, but as changes kept rolling out, procedures and rules became more and more bureaucratic over time. - Toxic workplace politics as a result of the growing bureaucracy within the company - While career growth might be possible within the company, achieving such feats may not be due to hard work and perseverance, but on how much you're willing to be compliant and tolerant of the abject injustice within the company - Management expects everyone to be compliant to every decision being made - If dissenting opinions or concerns were expressed, BEWARE. Could cause one to be removed from the company. - Management claims to listen to such concerns, but they remain mostly unaddressed for YEARS - No contracts, and the lack thereof allows them to escape any possible liability or even the most basic obligations to their employees - Management also seems to be wary of the subject of contracts as well - Management is also highly skilled at manipulation and gaslighting - The company is also highly sensitive to negative reviews. - Any criticism is framed as "negative" despite being provided with constructive feedback. - Any concern expressed is immediately labelled as just mere "negativity" - Lastly? NO EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. A lot of their actions seem to be pretty illegal, to be honest. Since there are no contracts, they are legally not liable to provide any sort of employee protection or stability. Very exploitative and simply just not worth it. If you're a budding new designer, please be aware of your worth. This company is not worth your time, effort, and talent. You're better off seeking employment elsewhere.

Pros

None, Even the schedule here is not that Flexible.

Cons

Beware of this company. The Graphic Designers here are overworked underpaid and no benefits are provided. Their salary says competitive but really it's not. They also don't provide Adobe licenses so most of the artists here might be using pirated copies which is not legal for companies. ARTIST/DESIGNERS!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT APPLY TO GRAPHICS ZOO!!! CLIENTS Just go to another website. Don't support this company.

Pros

Basic Salary is minimum of 450usd, this is good if you're from the Philippines

Cons

1. As a Design Company based in US, their monthly salary offer is underpaid. 2. They require you to have your own adobe creative suite and only use free/non-commercial use Graphic Resources. 3. Gives you 5 task per day. Each task consists 2 to 15 design, depends on the client wants. All should be completed within the day. 4. Overtime for an hour is not paid. 5. Assigned task that is not yours, only to be added to your pile of workloads. 6. Adds you in a team but is individual work/project. 7. Designers are like slaves!! Every task has unli-revisions until client says so.
