      - You get to work with people from all around North and South America and some people in Europe too - High salaries for directors

      Cons

      - It seems like this is that leadership team's first go around, there is a substantial lack of direction and they're always hiring/firing people like a revolving door - Clients are sold on service offerings that aren't differentiated from competitors in the market so you're frequently kicking clients off while losing existing ones due to the premium position of Graphite - Low work-life balance - No processes in place leads to employees consistently confused - Lack of feedback culture leading to people being let go with no warning

      Great place to gain some short term experience due to the scope, diversity, and size of clients.

      Cons

      The executive teams lack of effective communication and people skills results in a murky environment and culture. On the surface, the company looks and feels great, but once you dig a bit deeper, you realize the words are what you want to hear but the actions speak volumes. There is a lot of reactivity and not a lot of proactivity. Think of this as a stepping stone in your career: you'll learn a lot and get involved in some interesting work and clients, but it's probably not a place to stay long-term. Intensity is a core value here, so if that doesn't resonate with you, this might not be the best fit.
