      Pros

      Healthy working environment, where your voice matters, you feel supported and there is collaboration amongst the whole organisation. The organisations values make you feel like youa re truly helping to make a difference to the organisation but also the customers.

      Cons

      As a smaller organisation there are always the issues in trying to do things due to the smaller scale of the organisation eg. sometimes things dont go to plan or timeline as initially planned.
