Pros

Nothing at all to mention here, but all I can say here is if one has take up a job here due to financial reasons, stay strong and try not to lose your personality among incapable leaders. I ask you to read the full comment, then definitely you'll change your opinion.

Cons

GreedyGame is one of the worst company ever seen in my career. Disgusting Management, Lots of Politics, & No Work Culture. There is No Work Life balance. The managers keep you working under lots of pressure and make you work late hours. Seems there are some positive reviews here, but the reality is different. The management is asking the employees to write some good reviews here. At GreedyGame there are no challenges to work on, and very poor productivity. Even GreedyGame advertising technology is a very basic one, also they're copied information from other ad tech companies. The company info itself is not accurate which they have posted on Glassdoor and website blogs. GreedyGame absolutely failed at People Management. there are no Employee Values, no value in hard work. They make lots of promises but nothing could happen afterwards. You have to work under lots of pressure and always you have to compromise at work, there will be no freedom at work and also sometimes they will make you to work late night No coordination between the teams. Daily pointless meetings, even after work hours. Worst leave policies Useless CBO and his useless strategies. Founders itself doesn't have any goal, instead creating unnecessary group-ism  and favoritism to keep their own individual teams stable. The company robbed employees with unnecessary policies like learning wallet & late coming charges. The learning wallet absolutely doesn't make sense, company take money from your salary and they pay you if you join any courses. Or else if you do not claim your money, then it will be lapsed. Another worse thing is if you are late to the office, they will debit 200rs from your salary, but at the end of the day they'll not let you go early.

Hello there! You have mentioned you worked at GG as a full time employee for 2 years and money can't be the only thing that kept you going. Clearly, you saw this as a scaling company when you decided to work with us. As far as the Management is concerned, we are a small team which has young team members and young leaders who lead by example. We also follow a system of flat hierarchy and an open door policy where the teams members are in constant touch with the leaders to keep their goals aligned with company's. The managersthemselves work with team members to achieve their aims, and this is somethings we hold pride in, because we are small team looking at achieving milestones. As far as the work - life balance is concerned, we have a 5 day week and in that also the office environment is light and give you space to grow and think. We agree that you might have had difference of opinions and that should be gracefully accepted. We wish you all the best with all your future endeavours.

Pros

Cons

There are completely no challenges here. For example a talented individuals mind would be manipulated to facilitate and compliment a leaders face and hide his/her flaws. Unimaginable undisciplined group meetings are held to no point every week, just to create some noise so as to fool employees that things are being worked on in the company when the truth is nothing at all is being done. Founders itself compete with each other to no parallel goal of the company but instead create unnecessary group-ism and favoritism to keep their own individual teams stable. Employee policies are gone for a complete toss here. Males and Females both will not be spared, harassment will come upon both genders as well as people who are not well financially are also targeted and manipulated to suit the founders needs.

Pros

The people are mostly nice. (people, not the management) A couple of the managers are good to work with. A few folks know the industry inside-out and will help you understand it better.

Cons

Consider this place only if you have no other offer, and need a job desperately. 1. Please do not fall for the lunch they provide as the only benefit other than healthcare. The lunch is average at best and is not worth the career fall and the lack of flexibility during emergencies. 2. The work you do does not matter, but the time you spend in the office does - according to the management. It reflects in their time, leave and LOP policies. 3. Be prepared to be monitored for every move. 4. Do not expect to be encouraged or recognised for your achievements. They have a "recognitions and achievements award" given once in 3 months, but no one would know who you are or what you have contributed. That's how little they care about it and will hold these events (including boring fun Fridays) for the sake of it. 5. The management is partial, and if you kiss enough of their a**es, you might get a hike in a year with some respect. Not all managers will have your back. 6. The industry you expect to work in during the interview may not be the only industry you will work on projects for. (shhh, there goes the transparency) 8. Do not join this place if you think you can do better.
