It is impossible to get fired so you have job security. You can watch Netflix all day with no problem. No dress code so you can wear whatever you want.
Cons
Where to begin....it's an extremely toxic environment. People bully others and gossip constantly and upper management doesn't care. There's a manager who actually takes part in the bullying and gossip - There's non stop gossip, people at this job spend more time gossiping than on actual work. One employee bullied 6 people to quit but management just looks over EVERYTHING. You can't even get work done without people trying to drag everyone in to their drama. They hire anyone so you work with people who can't even spell or use proper grammer. There is no dress code so people wear whatever they like, which means shirts with no bra, skirts too short, dresses that show everything - I've seen more body parts that I would want to at this office. No supervision so you don't actually have to do good work, you can fake your stats and basically do nothing but as long as you fake those stats and suck up to the boss they will favorite you. There's absolutely no accountability here. There's no rule book or employee handbook so you could get in trouble for something everyone else does but that day you just got in the crossfire of a supervisor having a bad day. They give you an outrageous amount of work that you don't have time for and they badger you when you get behind, but that's because people quit left and right so they pile up all the work on good employees who burn out and then quit. It's sad when one department is filled entirely with people who have been here less than 1 year and this company has been around over 10 years.
