      A mess.

      Pros

      Casual work environment & dress, office in good location.

      Cons

      I didn't really understand what the company did even after being there for 3 months. Extremely high turn over, I was there for less than a month. Doesn't value employees with loyalty to company. No strategy or direction or initiative to work hard. False promises were given and believed over and over again. Great learning experience to figuring out who you don't want to work for.

      Pros

      Start-up environment allows great opportunity for personal/professional growth. All employees are impact players. You get to work on a variety of projects with a variety of people, internally and externally. Perks: generous vacation and holidays, casual dress, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      It is a small company with a lot going on. The workload can be challenging, however, management encourages good work/life balance and is eager to help out.

      Pros

      Company is taking a creative approach to disrupt an antiquated industry. Small and focused team has a positive work environment that is supportive of personal growth. The end product (green buildings) is personally gratifying.

      Cons

      Company moves at a fast-pace, and sometimes travels in too many directions at once. Management could make the Big Picture clearer, and on a more frequent basis.
