      Some colleagues are friendly, just like in any other company.

      Cons

      - Top Management is all over the place and not trustworthy - Promises are made to get you in but broken once you are in - Zero empathy, people are just 'resources', disposable at will - The business is in very bad shape financially but pretends to be doing well - Focus is on projecting a good image instead of being a good employer

      Cons

      - toxic work life balance; working beyond 10 hours is encouraged - overworked, creatives handle more than 3 jobs within short amount of time - little/no support from management - Foreign Talent centric (locals need not apply) - Reward + Credit goes to those who know how to play the game - back stabbing amongst creatives - Poor work process - real, hardworking staff being let off because of mistakes of others
