Pros

are you kidding dude ?? need to see with magnifying glass and I am sure you never find out.

Cons

CEO and CTO all are unique character. Let's talk about CEO 1. He always keep watching what everybody is doing from normal employee to cleaning boy. 2. If it is raining , he tells to the concern person switch off the AC. 3. If any female employee is pregnant, he tells her to leave. 4. The funny thing is while leaving he takes the news paper with him. Drawbacks 1. CTO thinks he knows everything, if you raise your finger you will be keep noticing. 2. Their production system is down almost 3 -4 days in every month but still CTO tells that their system is up by 99.999%. 3. They never give you access to AWS because they are skeptical on employee. If they are I don't understand why they hire employee, why they do it alone. 4. There is no proper architecture and documentation. Management things this is waste of time. 5. If you did not complete 9 hrs and forget to regularize , your half day salary will be gone !!!!. crappy. 6. Management thinks we hire slaves and they will do whatever I say. 7. There is no proper designation and no architect. 8. There is no intimation from HR ( mail) that your salary changed after appraisal.

Pros

1. Office place is good 2. You can give your 9 office hours for your self improvement skills i.e No much work to do 3.

Cons

1. AC will be switched off always 2. No appraisal till you put resignation/ papers. After putting resignation you can become your's manager's manger also. 3. CTO will come to all employee desk to take update that what they are working on 4. No appreciation for your work. If you work hard/smart then also you are just a normal employee. 5. No appraisal policy. You have to check credited salary if you want to know how much hike you got (very rarely hike comes) 6. CEO appreciates office boy for saving his money by closing AC/ not keeping tissue paper in toilet 7. No encashment of earned leaves. i.e Fraud HR policy 8. If you are on Notice period and takes leaves then you will get LOP + extension of notice period. 9. No hiring for girls. Follows Discrimination 10. No growth, No learning 11. For some employee it is like a govt job. Don't want to listen anything just want to time pass 9 hrs 12. Manager note down time when the employee comes late and if goes early. ( it is like a JAIL for some team) Management want to be like a slave and do whatever they want (moronic activities)

Thank you for taking the time and writing the review. We apologise for the experience you have had while working with us. We have taken your concern under consideration and have invested considerable time in improving the employee experience thereon and have a lot of policies as well as employee engagement activities in place. Our ~40% employee strength is women. We have tie-ups with a lot of learning platforms and are offering 100% reimbursement for courses that employees take. We believe in a welcoming and open culture hence like to know the pulse of employees better. No company is perfect and like them, we are also on our path to being better every day. We would be delighted if you change your mind in case we cross our paths in the future to show you how we have made an improvement.

Cons

No performance review. HR: 6. one of the worst HR department. 7. they can't understand their own responsibility.

Dear ex, It's really unfortunate that you feel this way but I guess you can't please everyone all the time. I would like to highlight a few inaccuracies and leave it at that. There is a huge demand for talented engineers and companies are willing to pay an arm and a leg to hire and retain top talent. In this situation, it would be rather stupid to fire good people who understand the domain, product and the code-base. It would cost a lot more money and time to replace such valuable teammates. On the other hand we consider unproductive, toxic people to be bad for our culture and morale. Another misinformation I would like to refute is point #3. You didn't mean it but you are right in a way. Our product and engineering team is 70+ strong and our median company-experience for this team is 5.5 years. More than 50% of our team has 3+ years of experience. So yes, most of our seniors are left in Greytip. I do believe there is much room for improvement. It would have been great if you had given us honest and actionable feedback instead of just bitterness. All the best and hope your current job brings you joy and contentment.
