Pros

None I can think of. Bad product, never bought by users. When the company got sold, former employees like me who exercised the shares never got paid

Cons

A lot of cons! Bad leadership team which doesn't seem to how to find the right CEO. After Bruce step down, there were a number of bad executive hires.

Pros

Founders and Engineering leadership is top-notch. Very skilled development team. Product is transformational and revolutionary. Customers love the concept of using flash as a way to accelerate existing storage arrays -- unique approach to application performance improvement.

Cons

VC, VC, VC. VC influence was mostly negative leading to eventual sale. Poor board decisions on CEOs and crony exec hires led to subpar results.
