Well established ERP systems to facilitate work. Nice working environment/set up.

Cons

After Lixil got into the picture, things got really messed up. Directions from the leaders were going back and forth on their decisions. Experiance and learn was one of the core values but majority were just experiencing and no learning from past failures.
