The Worst Company Ever!

Pros

Beautiful building, great employees, free flowing alcohol on premises.

Cons

Shady management, shady practices. Entire HR department quit within 6 weeks time and has not been replaced. Employees do not have a reliable person to go to for issues. Bills are never paid on time. Cost of insurance to the employees is very high. Certain management relationships are unethical and immoral.

Incredible Potential , Great Talent, and Interesting Work

Pros

This company has an incredible group of talented, creative , and highly skilled craftspeople. The work is super fast pace and interesting. The company is really growing and the people are so pleasant and fun to work with. In general, everyone is really committed to doing a great job for clients. Management really cares about the people in the company.

Cons

Management is thoughtful and careful to consider how change can impact people, but in doing so they are slow to make changes that can address and improve some of the business challenges. Need to hire more people.
