Pros
Payed Weekly No one really cares if you work under 40hrs (just dont go over) Work/Life Balance ok under certain non controlling managers
Cons
High Turnover Rate Bad pay for Managers ($13-14) Expensive Health Plans No Overtime Shady Business Practices Don't value Residents Cuts corners on everything from ordering supplies to impotant maintenance concerns Favortism Small family owned business, yet they dont care to get to know employees Lawsuit waiting to happen They make up rules as they go No training for new hires No website No Mission statement, value system Old owners who dont want to change/update anything Still using carbon copies of forms, and a typewriter Makeshift desk Everything purchased at auctions, secondhand. People have injured themselves on the job and they didnt want to follow proper "Workmen's Comp" policies and procedures Most employees dont even make enough money to income qualify (3x's rent) to rent at the communities they work Really, it's just all bad! I'm sure if I took the time I could legitimately sue them for something.
