NEW CEO and that is just the tip of the iceberg. This place has turned into a complete joke. It's like Property Management for dummies. The "CEO" is a child who doesn't know the first thing about managing, running, uplifting, appreciating...(the list goes on) a staff. She is mean, vindictive, immature and should find something better to do with her time. If you aren't prepared to bow down or to being manipulated constantly, then don't waste your time, energy or self respect. Don't ruin your family home life to work 80 hrs a week without any gratitude and barely an approved day off. The owners should have thought twice about putting their incompetent 20+ year old children in any position at this company other than as reception.

The company leadership represents the children of the father who built the company. The current COO is the husband of the father's daughter. You couldn't find a more incompetent COO in the real estate industry. All the employees know this at the company. The COO will make promises but not deliver. The COO cannot be trusted with anything. Group Fox is basically a paycheck. Every employee I talk to is looking for new job. The turnover of the company is high. Awful company culture. Everyone is miserable at the company. The don't encourage you to take PTO. They want you to work on PTO. They encourage teamwork but then tell you not to work with other individuals. They fire employees who have been with the company for over 20 years. Employment at this company should be only as a last option.
