Growthday has been a fantastic place to work and grow. The team is supportive, communicative and most of all, honest. Never have I seen a company that walks the talk and truly treats its employees as equals. Everyone has a voice and the team genuinely does its best to support your personal growth. Everyone in the company believes in personal development and the idea that we can get better everyday. We do live events during the year where we bring thousands of people into a room for multiple days. Everyone attending the event wants to make their lives better. The GrowthDay team are leaders at these events. We bring that growth mindset with us into to our work everyday. The people are great and I have more resources in this role than I have ever had in my career. I have flexible hours, work from home, am supported by everyone in the company, and literally have my dream job.
