Pay is well below market & health insurance costs increasing. Slow moving and resistant to change. Only invests in R&D and manufacturing, nothing else matters and does not see a dime of investment.

Career progression may be slower than expected

They won't even provide a proper seating arrangement. You have to sit and work in another employee's place. No proper , structured training will be provided. They will highly judge you if you are asking doubts . Very toxic place to work. Everyone will be sweet in front of you but highly venomous especially GT and I department. They will never confirm your probation. They will say 6 months probation but will kick you out within 3 months without even recognizing your actual potential . This company will soon be facing downfall due to such activities

Very poor management without hard skills an without people management. No employee support no chance to develope your career. You do the same boring job for years. Management technic is zero. You should do what Danish headquarter says. No chance to make your own decision. No employee future or career plan ensured. Only managers are payed well. Not that kind of company which could be better and better, living from 30 years of achieved results. No relevant new developments patents nothing.
