Pros
to be honest, cannot think much
Cons
1) The wireless power transmission technology may sounds fancy, but physics constrains makes the technology pretty much useless. The power transmission efficiency from the input (wall outlet) to the terminal (power recovery unit) is extremely low, meaning majority of the power turns into heat (then cooling is needed), and another significant portion of power is lost in the air(think about open case microwave); 2) the CTO person is an absolute jerk. He is very young, but has an enormous ego. Witnessed him screaming and cursing employees very harshly in front of all other employees, for nothing or minor understanding issues. 3) the last CEO, well, is just a follower of CTO, and was also let go. 4) there is a very high turnover rate in the company. The management also fires anyone mercilessly. 5) lack of funding for obvious reasons.
