Cons
This company is extremely toxic, with new management hiring friends and eliminating those who don't agree with them. Yes men are welcome and any form of independent thought is frowned upon. They will steal your ideas and take it as their own and throw you under the bus whenever they can. If you start working here, give it a try for a month but keep your options open.
