Pros
Rapid growth with innovative safety equipment and SaaS platform, working with Enterprise Global leading companies across multiple verticals. Great teams working in multiple time zones.
Cons
None worth mentioning, working in a VC-backed IOT, AI Digitalization organization is always a challenge, It is also very rewarding to resolve customer pain points to obtain brilliant ROI, Upsell, cross-sell, Retention and renewals. I got to travel across continents to meet Customers and participate in Trade Exhibitions.

Benefits are great and very competitive
Cons
Doesn't care about employees. Just had layoffs in the US but hiring internationally in Lithuania and India to cut cost. Spent a lot of money last year on hiring new management team and opening expensive office in downtown San Jose. Also opened office in Lithuania only to dump US employees. Avoid at all cost if in US.
