My pay Relaxed dress code paid holidays....

The owner’s wife is HR so there is always a conflict of interest when you report anything. They really don't care about you & only care about how what u do effects the bottom line. If u take long to do anything you will never hear the end of it or may even get fired the 1st time u take long Way too much over time no work life balances. They make promises they will never honour just to get you to work harder.

Great people. Great work. Great atmosphere in web department. We learn from each other, help each other, solving problems together. HR is considerate reasonable and advisable. We have mini Birthday Party every month for people born in that month.
Cons
Parking is not too easy unless you come earlier.
