      Pros

      - THE PEOPLE! The best group of people I have ever encountered in a professional setting. Everyone is welcoming, helpful and nice. You quickly feel like you are part of the team. - The atmosphere: Fun and dynamic work environment. - Diverse work: I get to do new things everyday - Open-minded people and management - Growth potential - Great leadership (I have an incredible leader)

      Cons

      - Nothing major to say but there is always place for improvement like increasing communication between departments.

      Amazing company who truly cares about their employees

      Pros

      -The company encourages personal growth and learning and there are many opportunities. -Gurus look out for the well-being of their employees and are making great effort at making things "more normal" during the pandemic with activities etc. - Everyone is very kind. -Great training when first onboarding, allowing you to be confident to do your work.

      New-age work environment with friendly co-workers

      Pros

      ERP Guru is a great place to work. When I think of some key words that describe the environment flexible, open-minded, friendly and fast-paced come to mind. In the first 10 weeks I have worked here I have been able to propose new messaging, branding, produce a new booth layout and corporate pamphlet with un-questioning support from the executive team. There is an incredible openness to new ideas which makes it easy to share and get the job done. Everyone really respects each other and it is so nice to find in a work environment.

      Cons

      None. With 15 years of work experience under my belt, this is the most positive work environment I have experienced yet.
