Good pay, benefits, and most co-workers are great.

Cons

Some people at Corporate office play favorites, do t care if everyone knows it, gossips to the people above and below them about people below them, aren’t equipped with basic management skills, (and no, being good at making spreadsheets, and giving information to the CEO, and behaving differently, depending on the audience, DOES NOT COUNT as a true leader.)

Decent pay good employees terrible leadership

Cons

Do not work there. Absolute unethical behavior from leadership. The rate they fire people is unbelievable. “Do as I say not as I do”. They have had multiple lawsuits against them. The CEO has his controlling fingers in every aspect of the business from capped commissions to a warehouse employee.
