Pros

Most colleagues are nice and helpful

Cons

- employees in leadership positions disclose salary amt of subordinates to team members as gossip to fit in with the clique in the team among other personal information they can get their hands on. Disclosing of salary actually breaks the PDPA law - not an inclusive company. If employee skin is not yellow, they may not be asked out to join team lunches or dinners. - mANAgers may shout at subordinates if they ask questions and then gossip abt this to the clique in the team to fit in - no training provided. Training provided to u only if they like you - help not provided when asked. Instead it gets deflected and pushes until its too late to help - it is acceptable and normalised for mANAgers to pass on the accounts they dont want to work on to subordinates because they dont like to work -company expects employees to pay for expenses to annual retreat

Pros

Colleagues r OK and benefits r acceptable

Cons

- lazy mANAgers. You are hired not to learn but to do work they don't want to do so that mANAgers can have work life balance at your expense. N it's a lot of covering here n there. End to end cat modelling required. So you can imagine how tough it is. Welcome to an ivory tower sweat shop. Worst part is upper mgt turns a blind eye on this and still favours these kind of mANAgers thinking they r such a big help. -mANAgers get to go on business trips and they can choose to go based on their preference like a personal holiday n not based on business needs. Retention benefit completely wasted on lazy meat sacks like this. -incompetent mANAgers. Ask for help but help is given 5 min before deadline. Superficial checkins to cover their backside obviously provided. -gas lighting. Do one thing n after following it, get blamed for doing it. -no training provided u just do because rmb u r there not to learn but to be a minion. Also minimal training documentation provided and it is all filled with outdated info with broken links. Joke.
