Outdated agency

Pros

- hybrid - free snacks and lunches - a lot of freedom owning projects

Cons

- probably one of least knowledgeable agencies I’ve ever experienced - more work will be put on you because other people lack skills on how to do their jobs - people are hired into high level positions who shouldn’t have been - poor benefits - outdated agency that’s so behind that I wouldn’t be surprised if their clients decide to move away from the agency

Poor leadership

Pros

Some great people at this place that make it bearable, unfortunately they’re overlooked. Flexibility with remote work

Cons

No transparency or accountability from leadership. No real desire to improve. Don’t even think about getting any real mentorship here. All the good people end up leaving quickly. They like to pat themselves on the back during monthly agency meetings while everybody is demoralized. When fairly questioned or challenged, there are leaders here who get reactive, emotional, rude, or dismissive. Pay is low and work is mediocre at best.
