Pros
Tremendous visibility as the real estate authority for the Greater Houston real estate market, working with major media outlets across the U.S. and occasionally international journalists. Management has created a supportive environment that often feels more like a family than a workplace. The ability to work remotely well beyond the pandemic was a gift.
Cons
None. I wouldn't have stayed here for 16 years if I didn't like it. I left for family reasons.
