Terrible atmosphere, managers and teams. Everyone is out to get one another with constant battles to get someone out the door. Redundancies have been frequent and consistent leading to distrust amongst employees. Complete lack of support from HR and lower level “leaders”. To be successful in this company you must be narcissistic, gossipy, sneaky and down right nasty. Save yourself the trouble and don’t work at this company.

Under pays for the amount of works . Will not promote or offer advancement to employees in general. One Director in particular refused to promote any one above manager because she is afraid of being replaced. Extreme stress -it's completely disorganised - when Ibegan I would ask for records and told they don't exist. Clinical data was falsified. - People have been there for 30 years will not change the way they work & everything is a fight any suggestion of change is met with "we always did it this way -the favourite phrase " (even though the laws changed and says they have too)..Extremely political- Once you do anything that someone does not like or attempt to perform your duties honestly you create an enemy that will hold a grudge and do everything they can to destroy your reputation. Extremely Sexist. - Although CEO is female the advancement possibilities for women is small. Few women who are highly qualified receive advancement- Many female colleagues have been isolated in person and in emails . Human Resources is a oke is a joke.
