I’m writing this review so that I can have a closure. My experience at HBUS has been nothing short of drama and mismanagement. There were a lot of changing priorities and one can argue that that’s what a startup may go through, but no, this is at a systemic level that’s caused by Frank the CEO who ultimately had an ungraceful exit. The morale was terrible and everyday was a struggle.
Cons
I hear things are a lot better there now with a new lead and good people that are trying to build and grow the company. I wish them best of luck after they tried to climb a mountain in a storm. Now that the storm seems to be over, maybe there is a chance for HBUS to focus on building its business instead of dealing with un-inspiring leadership and investors who have no clue about the culture and market here.

1. Co-workers... but not many is left anymore. Majority, with exception of a couple, stick together, take care of each other and watches out for each other. Being in a horrible work environment banded all of us together- again, with exception of a couple. 2. Every day is a circus so if you remove yourself from it and imagine you are just watching a show, it can be entertaining to a certain extent.
Cons
Have you read the other reviews? If you haven’t, read on. No one thinks this is a good viable company that is sustainable, even the few of us that are working here. Everyone is one foot out the door, feel scammed about joining and is wanting to leave ASAP. To put it mildly, the firm lacks vision and direction. Don’t be fooled by what they promise or the two positive reviews here. If you have interviewed, you already know deep inside that something is off and you shouldn’t join. Follow your gut. If you must do due diligence, go ahead. It will lead you to the same decision.
