      A rewarding exposure and gives you the necessary skills needed

      Pros

      Pay package (in Singapore) is quite good. Headquarters in India is quite supportive. Good exposure to government clients. Good exposure to the Singapore Govt processes.

      Cons

      Work can get quite overloaded at times. Not enough resources (eg computing, accesories) due to budget constraints. Annual leave package is not that attractive.

      Bad Management and TSM

      I cant find any good things to write about!!

      Cons

      Bad middle and upper management. Engineer who become TSM are less professional and good in politics to save their places. False promises to customer to renew the project. Many good people are leaving with frustation. Recruited less technical and bias people
