      Great culture and support, but culture isn't everything.

      Pros

      Really loved the overall culture. They really support you with a community and access to peers. The work life balance was really exceptional.

      Cons

      The focus on culture over training. Great to have a team mentality but to much slips through the cracks on a professional level. Toxic staff get insulated via seniority and just become untouchable.

      Cons

      Leadership quality varies drastically between departments, and staffing is often disorganized. Conflicts of interest within team dynamics are frequently overlooked. For a large firm with so many resources, it should be operating much more efficiently, but unfortunately, it does not
