      They say they are for the workers but clearly not

      Seeing the kids come in not speaking and then seeing significant growth when they leave

      Cons

      They play favoritism. They can get away with anything but let someone else do what they do and they get written up. There’s no room for growth. You get paid salary once you hit a year, sad part is you get the same pay as someone who’s been there for 10 years. NO GROWTH NO RAISES . Bonus are given but that doesn’t help for the rest of the years you work

      Other than the fact that we were able to finish our day at 3:15. nothing.

      Cons

      They do not have enough materials for the children. They do not care about you and only want to push their agenda. The pay is horrible & the owner is a scam artist. Google him and you'll know.
