      Small growing company – that's a good thing.

      Pros

      Good place to learn programming for college graduates and junior software developers. Flexible hours. Friendly atmosphere. Strong position in the market. One raise per year. Small bonus every couple of years.

      Cons

      Salary is still below market average. Complex software. Need years to understand everything. For advanced programmers work is repetitive.
