      Unsafe for girls - toxic for everyone

      Pros

      - You will not be called jobless- tea cups in this company are even smaller than the one you find on station.And tea/coffee you can't drink . It is labour class panty even that is better at some places. - Sarkari office cheap feeling even less.

      Cons

      - Cheap comments from male seniors - Touch you inappropriately - Senior Management is vulture and target girls, drop them message on whatsapp ask them out for dinner even after denying couple of times. -No proper office just a building in CP with no pantry no cafeteria. -No appraisal, salary cuts and 24 hours availability to toxic environment

      For Tech Team , there are many : * Full on politics * layoffs with out any notice * you can sustain if lick manage's boot because he is also doing same * no work life balance , sorry no life after joining HT * worst managment i have ever withnessed in my IT career * every tech team in HT has same issue , so its not on team wise pressure * No benefits for employees * HR dicussion will lure you by mentioning we have 52 leaves , but the funny part is you cant avail it. * you will be shifting with in teams in just 2-3 months and in that you have to prove your worth(To much expectation) In short : if you have no other option then my dear friend , welcome to HELL.

      Pros

      Flexible work timings Hybrid(1 day in office), 4 for managers and might turn to 3 days for everyone. On time salary

      Cons

      No chairs for employees and workstation. Incompetent HR's Management is stupid and does not have any vison. Bullies in management and CPTO is one of them. Toxic work culture. People with no skills are heads. Only join if you don't have a job and not earning. If you have a low offer join there but don't spoil your life by joining here.
