Employees do not have must benefits

... but what they don’t tell you is that you’ll be doing 10 other jobs in 1. I’ve never worked for such an uncaring and stressful company. There are no initiatives and employees are treated as strictly numbers. Lack of respect runs rampant amongst upper management which stems primarily from the lack of respect the President has for his employees. He is resistant to change and demeans everyone in his path. I’ve never been so miserable at a job. Everyone hates being there and the negativity breeds off of each other. Benefits also stink and HR watches everything you do.. they do not care about the wellbeing of the employees. It’s a prison and we are slaves to MM.
