Not realistic, they only give you 14 hours per week and expect you to do miracles all over the city and manage a team of 10 merchandiser, train them, answer the phone on weekends, holidays and cover absences. Low stock on all accounts, managers are always mad at you because the departments are a real mess, and there's never enough product to fill them up.
