Pros

• Training is thorough • Job is easy to do after training • LGBTQIA+ friendly (to an extent) •Very casual dress code- sweatpants and pajama friendly • Sometimes you get stickers for good work • Free health insurance with full time position. Good PPO plan • You can have a lap blanket at your workstation

Cons

• Wichita facility has had numerous problems with OSHAA complaints due to unclean vents/Air Conditioning units as well as cockroaches and fleas • Employer focus is 100% on productivity and 0% on employee care • $11/hr starting wage • Secretive, uninviting management disconnected from employee base • Supervisors incredibly aloof and not altogether well trained to work in support of call operators • bogus productivity and quality standards that directly correlate your wage with the amount of time you need in the bathroom for legitimate reasons • Unclean facility frequently causes illness like cold and flu to spread rapidly and be continually passed back and forth • Attendance system backfires frequently causing long term employees with family emergencies and/or chronic illness to be terminated • Supervisors and Leads are put in positions of power of CAs to levels unfit for healthy work environment • Sheduling is outsourced and frequently unpredictable and/or outside CAs' availability • Long periods of sitting in uncomfortable or broken office chairs wherein standing is punishable • Blatant lack of empathy and care for employees' needs • Bathrooms not always clean; frequently toilets left unflushed or dirty • Some Leads, Sups and CAs do not wash hands before returning to work at communal work stations • Sups/Leads likely to throw away properly marked and dated items from breakroom cabinets and refrigerators- including expensive dishes & water bottles

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Little to no recognition for going above and beyond every day. Senior management is out of touch with center-level daily operations. HR representative is corrupt and propogates rumors and gossip. Senior management can and will terminate your employment over unfounded rumors with no warning of any kind.

Pros

Pay (is ok) Benefits The recently started doing charity work so that's nice. Bonuses for attendance (also ok) Helping clients that actually need it.

Cons

Not Helping clients that don't need it which is often 60 percent of your day Low Employee sense of value yes they try to pretend with random "events", free food, employee appreciation things etc but after the facade is over you still feel like you're on the lowest end of the totem pole. In fact I feel that most of the time they schedule these "events" is when you can feel the masses are unsatisfied and ppl start dropping off. (Turnover is high even for mid level supervisors) Break time is extremely rigid if you have to pee outside your designated time then prepare to cut that off your break later. Minute late from lunch after perfect attendance? Shame Monthly bonus gone. Need to stand up after sitting for a long period on a call? Prepare for a write up. They practically expect you to be near robotic. So its best to move up fast before you get fired for being human. However there are an extremely limited number of positions to move to so don't count on that either.
