- Findlay location is small and everyone knows each other. - Company keeps growing and growing. - Management team is friendly and willing to work with you. - Good pay and great benefits (no waiting period)
Cons
- Lot of change as the company gets bigger. - Sometimes hard to make enough product for all our orders. - Communication is much improved, but still room to do better.
