Great for Engineering Contract Work.

Pros

Good company to work for if you desire contract engineering work. President and VP are great guys and easy to work for. Ability to set your own hours. Easy to get time off.

Cons

Contract work is not steady, must prepare for downtime with no work. Not much paid vacation.
