They have an amazing culture here. The partners practice what they preach in terms of work-life balance. We have great clients and the work is rewarding. The benefits and pay are competitive for the area and there is a clear growth path. Busy season hours are less than industry average.

HAC has a wonderful and positive work environment. Everyone there truly wants you to succeed! All of the partners were supper supportive and encouraging. They truly want the best for young people starting in their career to succeed. You won’t meet one person there who isn’t happy to lend a helping hand. The firm works hard to implement all of their fundamentals and truly values their culture. I have enjoyed working for HAC and would encourage anyone to join them! The managing partner cares about your concerns and addresses the firm every two weeks with any concerns you may have. They truly care about your happiness!

Long hours during busy season is to be expected with any firm. The firm is trying to make an adjustment to become more flexible by providing “flex” days. However, you have to work with them for 6 months to be allowed flexibility which can lead to burnout. And on your flex days you must bill at least 7-8 hours or else you are not allowed to work from home. Some employees are granted a lot of flexibility and some aren’t. Which really hurts feelings and causes issues with morale. I think overall they are making the steps in the right direction it just takes time to iron out all the issues.

HAC’s leaders truly care about their employees and a work life balance. They listen to their employees needs and address them. The Partners really care about us and offer us flexibility. They don’t just care about their bottom line but for the happiness of their employees and their growth in the firm. This firm does a fantastic job keeping their clients happy and delivering excellent work while also keeping their employees happy.

I worked in both the Savannah and Atlanta office and enjoyed my coworkers, the culture, the flexibility, and the diversity of the jobs I was able to work on. I was able to learn so much here that I was able to apply in the jobs I had after. The knowledge I learned and the people I met set me up for success and I will always be indebted to the company.

When I worked there the firm was much smaller. They have made significant investments into expanding their locations, their people, software and processes which appears to have contributed to continuous improvement at the Company
