      Great staff and beautiful property, but poor management practices

      Pros

      Most of the staff works hard and I get along great with everyone. Beautiful, historical property.

      Cons

      Promoting people from within without experience. Extreme favoritism with some managers. Very inexperienced GM that doesn’t know how to manage, has an ego and doesn’t leave his office
