Pros

The benefits package is competitive.

Cons

Upper management takes a myopic and short-sighted view of issues that ultimately make problems worse for clinicians and staff members. While the benefits are great, the pay is consistently and inexplicably below national average standards. Upper management paid an offensively large amount of money to 'speakers,' which had virtually no effect on actually improving systemic problems or boosting morale. In some cases, it actual has the opposite effect.

Pros

Lots of great direct care staff.

Cons

New senior management only cares about money. They claim to care about the clients, but their decisions shows the opposite. They do not care about, nor appreciate their employees. Senior management has greatly reduced middle management, so the managers that are left have an increased workload to an already very stressful workload.

Pros

Freedom - Supervision is practically nonexistent. Benefits - Benefits are decent. 3 weeks vaca after 3 years. Accrues to about 120 days or so. Pays out when you leave. Laid back - Minimal after-hours work. Staff patient and kind. Tuition Reimbursement - 75% up to ~$5K/yr.

Cons

Pay - Pay well below industry averages. Supervision - Pretty much nonexistent. No direction. Training - Nonexistent. Culture - Management very secretive. Too many people drinking "Kool-Aid" to make good decisions. Funding - Money for projects radically ebbs and flows. Advancement - Company small, no room for advancement. Future - Company currently working with Promedica (hospital network in Toledo). No one knows how this will impact their position.
