Pros

Met some great people onboard the ship, there are some seriously hard working good staff.

Cons

The most hostile and clicky management I have ever experienced in my 20 year career, From the first day I got on the ship the knifes was out. Crucial information was withheld from me. I was set up to fail from the start. It really made me quit retail management.
