      Working at Hardt Equipment has been a career-defining experience. As a Project Leader, I’ve had the opportunity to oversee the development of our signature Inferno Rotisseries and high-efficiency Hot Cases. The manufacturing projects here are unique because they blend high-level engineering with real-world culinary needs. We aren't just building machines; we are creating patented "Black Body" heat technology that sets the industry standard for global giants like Costco and Sam’s Club. The Leadership The leadership team at Hardt is a breath of fresh air. Unlike many medium-sized manufacturing firms, the culture here is driven by a "CEO-down" philosophy of transparency and respect. Management doesn't just talk about core values; they live them. Decisions are made collectively, and as a leader, I feel empowered to make pivots that prioritize quality and safety without being bogged down by unnecessary red tape.
