Pros

It was okay as a part time gig

Cons

Customers name called me, I never got a raise, I had no support when I got back from a car crash & was expected to work every shift no matter how bad the pain got

okay pay good benefits employee discount

Cons

Underpays for some roles and over pays for others. Upper management doesn't value the employees that work hard and promotes the people who do the bare minimum. Will write you up for absolutely nothing, and wont protect employees who have been harassed my managers, nor will they protect employees who have legal restraining orders calling it "personal drama" But will write up others for "personal drama" if they feel like it Management will tell you to your face "I just dont want to deal with it" And write you up for trying to get problems addressed.

Pros

Great opportunities for growth if in the stores. I've seen entry level associates go up to management role as long as they are motivated and diligant.

Cons

Certain Roles don't have as much growth and not getting paid more for more work
