Pros

They pay well - backed by Rubicon (PE) so they have money. Have bought several tech platforms without any real plan.

Cons

Where to start! The US management is only there for the pay check with no real desire to grow the company. Women are treated inferior to men - especially when it comes to promotions. The sales leader based in the UK (CSO) is inexperienced and just grateful to have a job - and a definition of an order taker. The account management leadership is invisible. Clients are churning on a daily basis. I would not join the GTM function again.
