      Hasselblad - My so far most educative working space I've had so far.

      Pros

      I've had a great manager that has encouraged me to involve and always wanting to be better. Also thru trusting me with my job responsibilities and letting me grow. I've been able to go from a very junior position to a more advanced role by working hard and getting the opportunity to always learn more. The company truly is their people. Everyone is friendly and helpful and you really get a family-feel.

      Relatively small company and most of the positions are located in Sweden Gothenburg HQ.

      Pros

      The company is generally a good place to work. The colleagues are nice and friendly, which makes a great working atmosphere. There are many fun team building activities and social events throughout the year. As the company's made up of a fun crowd these events are always fun. Full-time employees are entitled to good benefits including private health insurance. The working hours are flexible. You are allowed to save up your overtime in exchange for day-offs. Generally, you can have a nice work-life balance here. The company is full of talented, experienced and skilled people to learn from. Many are passionate photographers. So this is definitely an exciting place if you are into photography!

      Long chain-of-command, short on staff in some departments, and Lindholmen is not the best place in terms of lunch options
